Mid Winter Fair Booth

It’s that time again. We encourage you to volunteer in the IVRPA booth during the Midwinter Fair taking place from February 26 to March 6. As a representative of our club, you will inform visitors about our events, matches, facilities and other pertinent information. By volunteering you will receive a complementary IVRPA hat and t-shirt, free fair admission and parking, and gain a participation credit towards your membership obligations. Carefully review the times available below and select one that is convenient for you. We ask that you commit to your chosen time and date because rescheduling will create a serious burden to our event organizers. We encourage you to book your shift with a partner from our club and carpool because only one parking pass will be allotted per shift.
